Laser fume extraction unit 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa with self-cleaning filter cartridges - ULT LAS 0300.0-HD.13.11.4005

Laser marking and laser cutting generate dust with a high share of sticky fine particles that blinds a non-cleanable filter quickly. The ULT LAS 300 HD.13 2Pa answers this with two automatically cleanable filter cartridges totalling 2.2 m² of filter area and a 1.3 kW high-pressure turbine that still delivers airflow through long ducts and narrow nozzles.

Applications

Extraction of laser fume and laser dust during marking, engraving, cutting and laser welding. Equally suitable wherever dry dust occurs in larger quantities and a non-cleanable filter would give too short a service life.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Scope of delivery: LAS 300 HD.13 2Pa extraction unit with high-pressure turbine, volume flow control, loading indicator and SUB D9 interface, fitted with two ULT 02.1.581 filter cartridges. The 02.1.581 cartridges can be reordered separately as spare parts. Capture elements such as extraction arms, hoods or hoses are not included and are selected to suit the application.
