Description
The JBC HA470A-5B is an automatic heavy-duty soldering unit for integration into soldering robots (PC or PLC). It is designed for demanding selective soldering on joints with high thermal demand and keeps tip temperature stable even on large heat sinks.

- Automatic tip changing: the TRA470 tool swaps the R470 cartridge by itself through the CS2R470 exchanger once the tip is worn
- SFR solder feeder mounted directly on the TRA470 head for precise, repeatable wire dosing
- CLMRP tip cleaner with fiber brushes cleans the tip in one second and improves heat transfer
- Remote control of the UCR470 control unit over RS232 using the JBC communication protocol
