Solder wire guide tube Ø 1.5 mm, 300 mm length, ESD safe, for SFR-B feeder - JBC 0029659

A solder wire jammed in the feed path stops the whole cell. Guide tube 0029659 carries wire of 1.5 to 1.57 mm over a distance of 300 mm and keeps the SFR-B feed repeatable.

What the tube does on the line

• Matched to the wire gauge. The inner path is laid out for solder wire of 1.5 to 1.57 mm. Clearance stays small enough to stop the wire from wandering and wide enough not to slow it down.
• Length 300 mm. The overall length sets the distance between wire supply and feed unit. Choosing the right length avoids tight radii that brake the feed.
• ESD safe. The tube guides the wire without charging it electrostatically, so it may be installed inside an EPA.
• Part of the SFR-B range. The tube belongs to the accessory programme of the SFR-B automatic solder wire feeder and fits the existing mount without modification.
• Sold singly. The sales unit is 1 piece, which makes it easy to keep single tubes in stock as spares.

Applications

Robot soldering and automated soldering cells in electronics manufacturing, test and rework benches with automatic wire feed, and small series where the feed distance differs with the layout of the cell. In ESD protected production the tube can be used as an ESD safe component.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Intended for the JBC SFR-B automatic solder wire feeder. Wire has to be within 1.5 to 1.57 mm, other gauges are covered by separate tube versions from JBC. Delivery covers one guide tube of 300 mm length, further accessories are not included.
