Hex socket nut setter bit AF 4.0 mm, 44 mm overall length, 4 mm half-round shank - Delvo DLB2423

Hex screws and nuts with 4.0 mm across flats are driven with this socket bit straight from the electric screwdriver. The socket takes the head over the full flat, the 4 mm half-round shank runs without play in the bit holder, and an overall length of 44 mm keeps the tool close to the work in confined housings.

Assembly of hex screws and nuts with 4.0 mm across flats in electronics and precision engineering, in device and control cabinet manufacturing and at assembly and test stations. It is held by the Delvo series DLV7400A, DLV7300 in BME design, DLV5700, DLV5800, DLV7000, DLV8000 and DLV3300.

Matching accessories

The ESD electric screwdrivers DLV-7410-BME6, DLV-7420A BME6 and DLV-7331-BME6 take the bit directly. On screwdrivers with a 1/4 inch holder it works through the adapter ADA-HR4-D63. The ring magnets MAG-RING-4,7 and MAG-RING-6,0 hold the screw on the bit while it is placed. The same NK4DB series also covers 4.5 mm (DLB 2424), 5.0 mm (DLB 2425) and 5.5 mm (DLB 2426).
