Covering entire board sections, displays or housing openings is not practical with narrow tape. This black polyimide tape from SafeGuard ESD is 19 mm wide and 33 m long, set to a dissipative level, and withstands process heat of up to 300 °C for short periods.

Applications
Area masking of board sections, housing openings and wide connector strips before wave soldering, fixing cable looms and thermocouples, insulating conductors, and masking during conformal coating of electronic assemblies.

The 76 mm core fits common bench dispensers and tape holders. Delivery comprises one roll measuring 19 mm wide and 33 m long.
