Kapton polyimide dots Ø 9 mm, 1000 pieces per roll

Larger solder pads, mounting holes and single contacts need masking with some margin. These die-cut polyimide dots of Ø 9 mm cover pad and surrounding area in one step and withstand 300 °C short term.

Applications

Covering larger solder pads, mounting holes and single contacts before wave soldering, closing openings during conformal coating, masking grounding holes, and protecting individual pads during repair and rework.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as one roll with 1000 dots of Ø 9 mm on a Ø 76 mm core. Taken off by hand or with a roll dispenser. For smaller pads the Ø 6 mm version is available, for areas the tape from 12 mm to 75 mm.
