The finer the knit, the better the hand feels knife and product. The CUT ALLFOOD SENSITIVE is knitted particularly fine in 13 gauge, still reaches cut protection class 5 thanks to its glass fibre core, and stays light and highly flexible.

The extra long cuff adds safety at the wrist. The glove is food safe, antimicrobial, fits either hand and, according to the manufacturer, can be washed at up to 95 °C.
