Populated boards should only leave the EPA in packaging that also works against external electrostatic fields. The Carbostat bag is made of permanently volume-conductive copolymer film with a typical bleeder resistance of 10^4 - 10^5 Ohm. The 250 x 300 mm format with 0.08 mm film thickness takes larger circuit boards and complete assemblies.
