Mobile laser fume extractor 230 m³/h at 1,000 Pa, EC blower - ULT LAS 0200.1-MD.20.50.6030

Laser processes such as engraving, marking, welding, structuring and melting release fume, aerosols and fine dust that have to be captured directly at the process point. The ULT LAS 200.1 MD.20 is a mobile extraction and filter unit with EC blower that provides 230 m³/h at 1,000 Pa and still moves 130 m³/h at 5,000 Pa.

Applications

Laser engraving, marking, welding, structuring and melting in electronics manufacturing, precision mechanics, tool making and marking technology. The stepless control makes the unit suitable for a single laser workstation as well as for operation with several capture points.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit accepts extraction arms of Ø 50, 75 and 80 mm and can serve one to four individual workstations. Controls are located on the front, the M12 interface with remote I/O is standard equipment. An extensive accessory set with foot switch, hoses and extraction arm console is available.
