WT 2023M two channel rework set with WTMP MS and WTMT MS tweezers - Weller T0053462699

Replacing a component needs both tools, tweezers to lift it off and an iron to solder the new one down. The WT 2023M set keeps both ready on a two channel unit rated 150 W, the WTMT MS micro tweezers with 2 x 40 W and the WTMP MS micro pencil. Moving between removal and rework needs no replugging.

Benefits in use

• WTMT MS micro tweezers with 2 x 40 W release both terminals of an SMD part at once, the part leaves the board without levering.
• Active RTM and RTW tip families with a 5 second heat up time, short heat exposure protects pads and solder resist.
• Control range 100 to 450 °C at ±2 °C stability, the temperature holds through longer removal operations.
• Two safety rests with stop and go, WSR 205 for the pencil and WSR 211 for the tweezers, both reduce temperature while parked.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The set contains the WT2M supply unit for 230 V, the WTMP MS micro pencil with 40 W at 12 V including an RTM 013 S MS tip and a WSR 205 rest, plus the WTMT MS micro and nano tweezers with 80 W at 12 V including RTWMS 030 K tips and a WSR 211 rest. Further WT range tools can be connected, as can ZeroSmog fume extraction.
