ESD rework station with DDE 2 channel control unit, T245, DT530 and MSE module - JBC DDSD-2QB

The angled DT530 desoldering iron keeps the view on the pad clear while the MSE module extracts at 85 % vacuum and 35 SLPM. On the other channel of the DDE control unit sits the T245 general purpose handle for the C245 cartridge range. Both tools run at the same time with up to 150 W peak power.

• The tip type decides compatibility. The T245 takes cartridges of the C245 range, the DT530 works only with desoldering tips of the D530 range.
• The angled body of the DT530 sets the tip against the component at a slant, which helps visibility on densely packed holes.

• At idle the tip temperature stays stable to ±1.5 °C, which meets IPC J-STD-001F.
• The MSE module draws with 42 W, 85 % vacuum and 35 SLPM flow, controlled by pedal if wanted.
• USB-A takes firmware, graphics and profiles and connects a Dino-Lite USB microscope of models AM2011 and AM2111, USB-B goes to the PC and RJ12 drives extraction, peripherals or robots.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The delivery covers the DDE control unit for two tools, the T245 general purpose handle for the C245 cartridge range, the angled DT530 desoldering iron for the D530 tip range and the electric MSE desoldering module. Wear parts of the DT530 such as solder collector and filters are available separately.

The station complies with CE standards and is built ESD safe. Voltage and resistance between tip and ground meet and exceed ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IPC J-STD-001F. Manufactured by JBC Soldering SL in Molins De Rei, Spain.
