B-IRON Dual Nano runs on battery, the tool weighs 35 g and manages around 120 small SMD joints per charge. Thirty minutes in the cradle brings it back, and both tools can be controlled in real time.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The cartridge type decides compatibility: the B-NANO tools accept C115 cartridges only. Delivery covers two B-NANO tools, the charging station, the HPTE0C9SA tweezers plus cartridge changer, tip cleaner and membrane. The portable 8.6 inch display with Bluetooth 5.0 and a 5000 mAh battery is not included and is ordered separately. A further tool can be added later.

Standards and compliance

The tool electronics meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 and all B-IRON components comply with CE standards. Important inside an EPA: the tool itself is not grounded, so the operator has to be grounded according to ESD rules. The manufacturer is JBC Soldering SL in Molins de Rei, Spain.
