ESD rework station with DME 4 channel control unit, T245, DR560 and MSE module - JBC DMSE-2QD

Residual solder in a plated through hole is pulled out by the MSE module at 85 % vacuum and 35 SLPM flow, without a second pass. The DME control unit feeds up to four tools with 150 W peak power each. The station ships with the T245 general purpose handle and the DR560 desoldering iron.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The delivery covers the DME control unit for four tools, the T245 general purpose handle for the C245 cartridge range, the DR560 desoldering iron for the C560 tip range and the electric MSE desoldering module. Further JBC tools can be plugged into the free channels.

Standards and compliance

The station complies with CE standards and is built ESD safe. Voltage and resistance between tip and ground meet and exceed ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IPC J-STD-001F. Manufactured by JBC Soldering SL in Molins De Rei, Spain.
