Four soldering positions on one extraction unit usually mean four different extraction rates, depending on how many benches are open at that moment. The Zero Smog 4V keeps every connected position at its set point through Constant Flow Control and delivers up to 230 m³/h for that job.

• Electronic filter monitoring with visual and acoustic alarm, so a due filter change is not missed.
• Noise level from 48 dBA, plus four castors for moving the 345 x 325 x 505 mm unit.
• RS232 port for remote control or PC and a USB interface for firmware updates, efficiency test and data log.

Applications

Soldering lines and repair cells with up to four positions, test areas, laboratories and training workshops. The four castors allow the unit to be moved between areas instead of installing fixed ducting.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The delivery contains the compact filter for Zero Smog 4V and WFE 2S, the F7 fine dust filter for WFE 2S and Zero Smog 4V and a straight Easy-Click 60 intake connector. Extraction arms, hoses and nozzles of the Easy-Click 60 system are ordered separately. The manufacturer names WX and WT as compatible nozzles.

Operating notes

This version is rated for 120 V and 60 Hz. According to the manufacturer the USB medium may stay plugged in for two minutes at most, after which the USB module switches off automatically.
