Not every table top may be drilled, for instance on rented or frequently rearranged benches. In this set both Omniflex arms are mounted on top of the table, while performance stays at 110 m³/h per port and 1800 Pa of vacuum.

What the set delivers

• Two Omniflex arms for table mounting, so the bench can be rearranged without touching the table top.
• Two independent extraction ports at 110 m³/h each, one unit serves two operators.
• Two standby switches, extraction follows the tool and spends no filter life on idling.
• Two rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzles for capture at the board edge.
• F7 pre-filter, H13 combination filter at 99.95 percent below 1 µm and activated carbon stage, 2.2 m² of filter area and 1500 h of life.

Application and scope of delivery

For two benches in production, service or training where the table top has to stay intact. Delivery covers the EASY ARM 2 filter unit, two Omniflex arms with table mounting, two rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzles, two standby switches, pre-filter, combination filter and mains cable. i-CON soldering stations and Ersa rework systems connect through the two remote ports. Replacement filters: 0CA10-1001 and 0CA10-1002.
