PCB magazine 7003.3 takes populated assemblies from 40 to 310 mm wide and 387 mm long and protects them between placement, soldering and test. Cover and base plate are completely closed, nothing enters from above or below and the body stays rigid.

Key benefits

• Four precision spindles move the divider wall synchronously. With the backlash-free bearing the board width from 40 to 310 mm is set quickly and accurately.
• Manual setting by pulling the toothed belt, fine adjustment with the handwheel.
• Motorised setting at the clutch. Once the magazine is positioned in the unloader, the servomotor connects to the spindle gear through the clutch.
• A Fastlock quick-release fastener holds the toothed belt, so the width setting survives transport. During motorised adjustment a plunger lifts the clamping block.
• Slots rated to 200 °C and ambient to 100 °C, base plate in cast aluminium.
• ESD safe according to the manufacturer, therefore intended for workplaces and line sections with ESD protection.

Scope of delivery and accessories

The magazine ships assembled and includes transport lock type A and the Fastlock. Transport locks type B and C are available as an option. With partially assembled magazines the transport locks are supplied separately.
