WristLab Pro grounding tester standard version 50 kΩ to 2 GΩ - Iteco 9264990

Controlling entry to an EPA calls for an instrument that assesses wrist strap and footwear in one operation and shows an unambiguous result. The WristLab Pro standard version measures from 50 kΩ to 2 GΩ and lets the test voltage be set to 50 or 100 V, so the limits can be matched to your own ESD control programme.

Features

• Ten freely configurable user profiles store separate measurement types and limits for each group of staff.
• Two graphic displays of 102 x 64 pixels each show reading and verdict separately instead of only switching an indicator.
• The relay output releases the EPA access door after a passed measurement and ties the tester into the access control.
• The built in sensor records humidity from 1 to 95 % RH and temperature from -20 to +60 °C, documenting the conditions of the test.
• Magnetic feet hold the 430 g instrument on a wall or stand and release it for calibration without tools.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the standard version instrument with power adapter. Separate footwear measurement requires the dual footplate Iteco 9264965, the ready made wall station with both parts is listed under 9264971. For free standing use the stand 9264953 is available. If every employee needs a personal contact point, the Covid-Free version 9264970 with five separate operator inputs is the alternative.

Standards and origin

Wrist strap and footwear are measured to IEC 61340-5-1. In battery operation the Hands Free and Hands Free Plus modes are not available. The calibration units Iteco 9264980 and 9264981 serve for regular verification. Made in Italy.
