Charleswater Stainless Steel Foot Plate with Insulating Molded Base for Combo Tester 99037 - Desco 99013

To test heel grounders and ESD shoes as well as wrist straps on the Combo Tester, operators need an electrode to stand on. The Charleswater 99013 foot plate is the upgraded version with a wider stainless steel test surface and a molded base. The base insulates the plate from the floor so that a conductive floor cannot create a parallel path and distort the reading.
