Light at a machine tool has to cope with chips, coolant and continuous operation. The RL70LE-108 D tube luminaire is 1362 mm long, delivers 2940 lm at 30 W and is sealed to IP67 against jets of water and dust.

What the RL70LE-108 D delivers

• 2940 lm from 30 W give 98 lm/W, the 1362 mm light band covers the full width of the working area.
• Degree of protection IP67 and protection class III, the luminaire is designed for 16-32 V DC operation inside the machine.
• Luminaire body in opal white polycarbonate, suitable for areas close to food products.
• Through-wired version, several luminaires can be connected in a row.
• LED service life above 50,000 hrs (L70) without lamp replacement, rated for continuous operation up to 40 °C ambient temperature.
• Colour temperature 5700 K and colour rendering Ra > 80 for high-contrast vision on workpiece and scale.

Mounting and accessories

The luminaire is fitted with luminaire brackets, at least two brackets are required per luminaire. Waldmann supplies brackets with a rubber profile for this purpose. For operation on mains voltage the manufacturer offers operating devices with 24 V constant voltage.
