ESD Swivel Castor 125 mm with 11 mm Bolt Hole and Total Lock Brake, Polyurethane Tread - A1-ESD EP0806098

Trolleys, racks and frames that are moved through an EPA must not hold the charge that builds up while rolling, they have to lead it down to the floor. The 125 mm wheel diameter lowers the initial push force and runs more calmly over floor joints and door sills. The 11 mm bolt hole takes a back bolt or a stem, so the castor mounts on tubular and profile frames.

The trailing total lock brake blocks wheel and swivel head in one step, so the trolley neither rolls away nor twists while parts are loaded or tested.

Technical data

Application

The castor is used under assembly and workshop trolleys, shelving units, transport frames and test bench understructures on which populated boards and assemblies travel between workstations. Dissipation only works as a closed path, that is together with a dissipative floor inside the EPA.

The series covers further wheel diameters. This version is fixed at 125 mm.

On request the castor is also available with a grey brake pedal.
