ESD safety low shoe Flash 6305 XP S3S width 12, Cordura upper, black and grey - Atlas 26912

A safety shoe that is too narrow becomes a reason to take it off after two hours, and in the EPA that is exactly the problem. The Flash 6305 XP in width 12 is the same shoe as the standard version, built on a wider last, with an aluminium toe cap rated for 200 joules, a metal-free aramid penetration barrier and dissipation to DIN EN 61340-5-1.

What the model delivers

• Width 12 instead of standard width 10. Atlas already builds width 10 on a broad, foot-friendly last, and width 12 goes further, making room for strong forefeet, afternoon swelling or an additional orthopaedic insole.
• Dissipative to DIN EN 61340-5-1. The shoe grounds the wearer in the EPA through the sole. ESD shoes keep the through resistance below 100 MOhm and above 0.1 MOhm, so charge drains before it can flash over into an assembly.
• Safety class S3S translated. A water-repellent upper, a closed heel cap, antistatic behaviour, energy absorption in the heel area, plus a cleated outsole with SR slip resistance. In the 2022 edition the trailing S marks the metal-free penetration resistance tested with the 3 mm nail.
• alu-tec aluminium toe cap for 200 joules of impact energy and 15 kN of compression to EN ISO 20345. Lighter than steel, thermally neutral and with the centre of gravity closer to the middle of the foot.
• XP penetration barrier of aramid fabric, plus a carbon fibre reinforced toe protector on the tough Cordura upper. Metal-free, light, covering the full sole area and inconspicuous at metal detectors.
• MPU INNOFLEX system with the MPU rebound system and aktiv-X functional lining. Pressure relief, cushioning and energy returned into the stride, together with moisture regulation. Approved for orthopaedic insoles to DGUV rule 112-191.

Electronics manufacturing and placement, test and repair benches, final assembly, maintenance, warehousing and order picking, wherever staff with wide feet have so far found no ESD shoe that fits.
