In plants with long walking distances it is not the toe cap that decides how the shift ends but the weight on the foot and the energy the sole gives back. The FLASH 6105 XP answers that with the MPU INNOFLEX system and a textile SportLine upper. At the same time it is ESD compliant: the person, shoe and floor resistance stays below 100 MOhm to DIN EN 61340-5-1, which keeps the wearer's charge under the threshold at which sensitive components take damage.

What sets this model apart

• Certified to the current edition EN ISO 20345:2022 with the marking S3S SR. S3S means every requirement of class S2 plus a non metallic penetration barrier tested with the thin 3.0 mm nail instead of the 4.5 mm nail, together with a cleated outsole. That is the tougher of the two tests.
• XP penetration barrier, metal free and covering the full area. It also protects the edge zone of the sole that a steel midsole never reaches, weighs less and allows the natural torsion of the foot.
• ESD dissipation to DIN EN 61340-5-1 with a resistance below 100 MOhm. The antistatic band of the shoe standard runs from 10 to the power of 5 ohms (100 kOhm) to 10 to the power of 9 ohms (1000 MOhm), and the ESD shoe sits deliberately in the lower part of that band.
• MPU INNOFLEX system with four functional zones: flex notches for natural roll off, DYNAMIC PLATES at the forefoot for forward energy, the INNOFLEX LINE as a continuous force line from heel to toe and the CLOUDZONE that catches the impact on landing.
• SportLine upper in textile fibres, highly air permeable and breathable. Together with the aktiv-X functional lining, which regulates moisture actively and permanently, the climate inside the shoe stays stable even under heavy physical load.
• Width 10 is the Atlas standard width, already cut deliberately broad and foot friendly. Under DGUV rule 112-191 the model is released for orthopaedic insole provision, the marking sits inside the shoe.

Electronics manufacturing and assembly with an EPA to DIN EN 61340-5-1, intralogistics and order picking with long walking distances, maintenance, workshop and plant engineering. Because the penetration barrier is metal free, the shoe also suits sites with personnel gates and metal detectors. For wet outdoor work a model with a leather upper is the more robust choice.
