ESD safety low shoe C 6315 XP S3, waterproof leather, metal free - Atlas 95500

The C 6315 XP is the leather version of the metal free concept from Atlas. A high tech plastic cap, an aramid penetration resistant layer and an upper of waterproof smooth leather that repels moisture and wipes clean. For the ESD workplace the guaranteed figure counts: the person, shoe and floor resistance stays below 100 MOhm under the DIN EN 61340-5-1 measuring method, so the wearer is discharged before a component is reached.

What sets this model apart

• Class S3 to EN ISO 20345: closed heel area, antistatic construction, energy absorbing heel, tested for water penetration and absorption, a penetration resistant layer and a cleated outsole. Slip resistance SRC.
• C-TEC composite toe cap tested at 200 joules of impact energy and 15 kN of compression. It is light, thermally neutral and unlike steel it forms no cold bridge into the shoe.
• XP penetration resistance of aramid textile, metal free and flexible. Together with the composite cap this makes a shoe without metal that does not trigger detectors.
• Waterproof smooth leather from first quality hides. Atlas makes its shoes in house from the leather onwards, and the upper is water repellent and easy to clean.
• MPU INNOFLEX System with MPU REBOUND SYSTEM and a carbon fibre reinforced toe guard. The CLOUDZONE in the heel absorbs the impact while the aktiv-X lining regulates moisture inside the shoe.
• Standard width 10 in the broad, foot friendly Atlas fit, released for insoles under DGUV rule 112-191.

Electronics manufacturing and maintenance, workshop and assembly, warehouse and goods receipt inside the EPA, areas with metal detection. The water repellent leather pays off wherever splashes or damp floors are likely.

• EN ISO 20345, safety class S3, slip resistance SRC. The manufacturer does not name an edition for this model, the supplier data sheet refers to EN ISO 20345:2012.
