In sterile supply the seam has to be tight and wide enough to pass inspection to DIN 58953. This machine produces a 10 mm wide deeply embossed seam over 200 mm and signals the end of the sealing cycle with an audible beep.

Features

• Seal width of 10 mm to DIN 58953, which meets the requirement for sterile barrier systems.
• Water tight seals on sterilisation rolls in paper-plastic and on tubing in plastic-plastic.
• Audible signal at the end of the sealing time, the operator does not have to watch an indicator.
• Material thicknesses up to 2 x 0.20 mm are sealed through, well above the units with a 2 mm seam.
• Built in cutting blade separates roll material right next to the seam.
• Stainless steel housing, suitable for cleaning in the reprocessing area.
• Power draw of 1000 W brings the bar up to temperature across the full seam width, weight 6.5 kg.

Standards and scope of delivery

The 10 mm seal width complies with DIN 58953 for sterile supply. The machine is supplied as a bench unit with cutting blade. For larger formats the 300 mm version with 1200 W is available.
