Titanium Stepped Horn for Amplitude Boost - Bandelin Sonopuls TH 100 G

The TH 100 G stepped horn uses its concentrating design to amplify the amplitude generated by the ultrasonic transducer and transmits it to the mounted sonotrode. This makes particularly intensive sonication of the sample possible.

Applications

The TH 100 G is used in the lab between the ultrasonic transducer and the sonotrode to increase the amplitude for applications such as homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying and cell disruption. The external thread allows flow-through and sonication vessels to be connected pressure-tight; matching adapters are available separately depending on the vessel.
