The HD 2 lift-rotate unit turns the workpiece pallet into the required orientation within the TS 2plus transfer system and lifts it above the conveyor level. In loop systems without curves it keeps the workpiece pallet orientation constant, so the front stays the front. Work operations on the HD 2 are permitted without additional external forces.
This 90 mm lift version is particularly suitable when components mounted at the side of the workpiece pallet, such as identification and data storage modules, need extra clearance.
