Positioning Unit PE 1/P for WT 1/P, ESD, Repeat Accuracy +/- 0.015 mm - Bosch Rexroth 3842998102

The PE 1/P positioning unit accurately locates workpiece pallet WT 1/P in machining stations and manual workstations where the highest repeat accuracy is required. Positioning is achieved via a spring-loaded dowel pin and a floating-supported shaft on the side of the workpiece pallet, delivering +/- 0.015 mm in both X and Y directions.

• Repeat accuracy +/- 0.015 mm in X- and Y-direction
• Permissible vertical process force up to 100 N including workpiece pallet
• Mounts directly under the conveyor section or on the table top of an automated station - no interruption of the section profile required
• Access to the workpiece pallet from below is possible
• ESD-rated, cleanroom class ISO 7, dry room relative humidity < 1 %
• One stop gate VE 1 or VE 1/D required for pre-positioning (not included)
