Heavy leads together with a body diameter of up to 8 mm form the requirement this version covers. The Superform/V 7915.091B processes taped axial components with leads from 0.8 to 1.3 mm at a fixed pitch of 5.08 mm, the 0.2 inch grid.

Applications

Rectifier diodes, larger wirewound resistors and axial inductors with heavy terminations. The 0.2 inch grid is widespread on power assemblies and is supplied here as a fixed setting.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
