Statfree DLR2 ESD Rubber Matting Roll, 2-Layer, 2 mm, 1 to 1.22 m Wide, 10 m Long - Desco

Statfree DLR2 is a two-layer ESD rubber mat for workstations where soldering, repair and testing take place. The coloured dissipative top layer and black conductive bottom layer give a resistance to ground of 1 x 10⁶ to < 1 x 10⁸ ohms. Available as full rolls 10 m long, with the top layer colour chosen in the variant selector.

Key benefits

• Two-layer build: the dissipative top layer at 1 x 10⁶ to < 1 x 10⁹ ohms drains charges in a controlled way, and the conductive bottom layer spreads them across the whole mat to the ground point.
• Resistance to ground Rg 1 x 10⁶ to < 1 x 10⁸ ohms, well below the 1 x 10⁹ ohm limit of IEC 61340-5-1.
• Withstands soldering iron contact and common maintenance chemicals per EN 423, abrasion below 200 mm³.
• Matt, low-reflecting, non-slip surface that is easy to clean.
• Well suited to workstations with a continuous monitor.

Applications

Worksurfaces for assembly, soldering, repair and testing of electronic assemblies, lab and goods-in benches, and shelf and trolley surfaces in the EPA.

Standards

Top layer, bottom layer and resistance to ground meet the IEC 61340-5-1 requirements for worksurfaces. The rubber is vulcanised and may contain sulphur, and colour and texture can vary slightly between lots.
