Straight Ground Cord, 10 mm Socket to 10 mm Socket, No Resistor, 0.25 to 0.7 m - Desco

When two benches or mats stand side by side, these short cords bond them so that both are grounded through one common ground connection. The cords have a 10 mm socket at both ends for the mat studs and no built-in resistor. They differ only in length.

Standards

For equipotential bonding, IEC TR 61340-5-2 recommends less than 1 ohm between two ESD control items. The bonded surfaces are then taken to the ground point through one common connection. Check connections periodically.
