The AM4115T-DFRW excites the sample at 620 nm and filters emission through a long-pass from 650 nm. This combination is tuned for deep-red fluorophores such as mNeptune. The switchable white light helps to locate the feature first and bring it into focus before switching to fluorescence mode.
