High magnification for GFP fluorescence

The AM4515T4-GFBW is an Edge microscope with a high magnification range of 400x to 470x. Blue LEDs excite at 480 nm, and a long-pass blocking filter from 510 nm passes the fluorescence signal. This tunes the model to green fluorescent samples such as GFP. The switchable white light is used first to find and focus the object.
