ErsaDUR long-life soldering tip, tip series 142, bevelled 1.3 mm, with bayonet mount (Tip'n'Turn) for tool-free tip changes. The patented ErsaDUR coating is designed for demanding industrial use in continuous operation and is suitable for both leaded and lead-free soldering.

- 0105CDJ soldering iron MK2 150 W
- 0140CDJ soldering iron Trace 150 W
- 0125CDK soldering iron MK2 80 W

During the tool-free tip change the heating element is retained - unlike with cartridge tips - so tip and heater are replaced separately. Changes are made quickly using the 0A58 holder or by hand, with no additional tip fastener required. A printed barcode allows easy integration of the tip into the soldering programs of the i-CON TRACE cockpit.
Note: not compatible with the 0100CDJ i-Tool 150 W, 0130CDK i-Tool PICO 80 W or 0120CDK i-Tool Nano 80 W (soldering station with light/silver front panel) without changing the soldering iron.
