Series 142 - i-Tool TRACE and MK2
Soldering and desoldering tips
ErsaDUR soldering tips in the 142 series are designed exclusively for the Ersa i-Tool MK2 and i-Tool TRACE. The range covers bevel-cut tips (ADL) in widths from 1.3 mm to 4.0 mm, chisel tips (CDL) from 0.4 mm to 65 mm, needle-point tips (PDL) from 0.1 mm, and PLCC knife tips (BDL) at 2.0 mm. The ErsaDUR coating extends tip life with lead-free SAC alloys and reduces corrosion from flux residues.
The CDL chisel selection is particularly broad: from the 0.4-mm fine tip for tight pad pitches to the 65-mm wide tip for heat bridges on large components. Extended versions (suffix L) give additional reach for confined solder joints.
