Extraction unit LRA 300 MD.16 K for solder fume 250 m³/h at 3,500 Pa - ULT LRA 0300.0-MD.16.11.6005

For a central extraction system serving several soldering workplaces, volume flow matters more than maximum vacuum. The ULT LRA 300 MD.16 K therefore uses an EC blower that holds 250 m³/h at 3,500 Pa and reaches 900 m³/h free blowing. The main filter module is built from storage filters that are replaced once saturated: expanded metal filter, M5/F7 filter mat set and an H13A combination cassette holding the H13 particulate filter and activated carbon.

Applications

Central solder fume extraction for hand soldering lines, rework and repair benches as well as bonding and dispensing stations. The high volume flow allows several extraction arms or funnels to be connected to a single unit.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivered as an LRA 300 series extraction unit with the main filter module fully equipped. The storage filters are changed once saturated, the expanded metal filter and the M5/F7 mat set are also available individually. The series 300 accessory range covers DN 50 and DN 75 extraction hoses with end pieces and worm drive clamps, the U-profiles ULT 9-00068 for System 50 and ULT 9-00069 for System 75 for arm mounting, and the operating hours counter ULT 9-00136.
