On a permanent bench every hose across the work surface gets in the way. In this set both Omniflex arms sit in a table feed-through, the filter unit stands below the table and still delivers 110 m³/h per port at 1800 Pa of vacuum.

What the set delivers

• Two Omniflex arms with table feed-through, the work surface stays clear and the arm sits cleanly above the assembly.
• Two separate extraction ports at 110 m³/h each, both benches work independently.
• Two standby switches, extraction runs only while that bench is soldering.
• Two rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzles for capture across the board edge.
• H13 combination filter with 2.2 m², 99.95 percent below 1 µm and 1500 h of life, an F7 pre-filter ahead of it and activated carbon behind it.

Application and scope of delivery

For two permanently installed benches where the unit should disappear under the table top. Delivery covers the EASY ARM 2 filter unit, two Omniflex arms with table feed-through, two rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzles, two standby switches, pre-filter, combination filter and mains cable. The remote ports integrate i-CON soldering stations and Ersa rework systems. Wear parts: combination filter 0CA10-1001, pre-filter 0CA10-1002.
