Zero Smog EL solder fume extraction set for 1 to 2 workstations with filter set - Weller FT91015691

Solder fume rises exactly where the operator sits. This set draws it away through a flexible extraction arm and a funnel nozzle that can stand directly on the bench, reaching a vacuum of up to 2500 Pa. A second filter set is included, so the first change needs no reorder.

Applications

Hand soldering benches, repair and rework, laboratory and small series. It also suits cases where a larger area has to be covered with the funnel nozzle standing directly on the bench.

Compatibility

The supplied 0F15 arm and the funnel nozzle use the Easy-Click 60 connection system. Filter changes follow the three stage layout of pre-filter, H13 particle filter and gas filter.

Standards and compliance

The main filter meets particle filter class HEPA H13, the pre-filter class F7 and the additional fine dust pre-filter class M5. The manufacturer table states that the unit is not ESD safe.
