Large assemblies rarely fit the holder of a standard rework station. The Ersa HR 550L takes boards up to 520 x 360 mm and heats them from below with 2400 W of infrared in three zones, while the 1900 W hybrid top heater works on 70 x 70 mm at the component.

Use and compatibility
The L version pays off wherever assemblies larger than 400 x 300 mm are handled, such as backplanes, power electronics and large control boards. With additional accessories the system also handles 01005 parts down to 0.4 x 0.2 mm. The HR 550L is prepared for use with the Ersa Dip and Print station.
