Description
The HR 600 runs its profile with 3200 W and places the component to within 25 µm, yet the final proof is missing as long as nobody sees whether the solder balls really collapsed. The 0HR610P reflow process camera supplies a 10 megapixel colour image straight onto the joint and documents the moment of melting.
