As the base body of an ESD drawer cabinet in the 18x27E format, this housing offers 550 mm of clear height on a 411 x 572 mm footprint. It opens via KEY Lock, with the cylinder ordered separately to match your key system. With a height of 650 mm it lends itself to installation under work surfaces.

Use and combination

The housing is supplied without drawers, which are ordered separately. Typical locations are EPA areas in electronics production and at EMS providers, test and repair stations, labs and component stores. The dissipative effect depends on the cabinet being properly earthed. Matching accessories in the 18x27E format include an ESD resin cover plate as a work surface, a grooved mat for the top, a three-sided edge rim, a four-sided edge rim with push bar and pairs of castor carriers with ESD rubber wheels to make the housing mobile.
