Description
When you terminate patch cords and network drops every day, cutting each wire to an exact length is what slows you down. The FT-45 crimps feed-thru plugs, where the conductors pass through the front of the plug, and trims them flush with the plug face in the same stroke. At only 291 g it fits easily into any tool bag.

Usage notes
- Unshielded plugs: remove 25-38 mm of jacket and remove the centre spline on Cat6 cable.
- Shielded plugs: remove 25-40 mm of jacket, keep the foil intact and fold it back over the jacket base.
- Untwist pairs to the jacket base, align in order, trim the ends flat and verify the wiring order before crimping.
