Retrofit Kit for 106R Compressor Pump - Jun-Air K1044

On an older Jun-Air machine rarely everything reaches the end at once. Tank, pressure switch, enclosure and piping usually outlast the pump by a wide margin. Retrofit kit K1044 addresses exactly that and converts the existing machine to the current 106R pump, which draws 133 l/min and delivers 44 l/min at 8 bar.

Compatibility

Intended for machines built around the 106R pump, such as 106R-25B, 2x106R-40B, 106R-25M and 2x106R-40M. Check the rating plate and the layout of the existing machine before ordering, in particular tank size and final pressure, so that the conversion suits the controls.

Application

It suits machines with high running hours where the pump is finished but tank and electrics work without complaint. Renew the intake filter and the capacitor during the conversion, which is what kits K1038 and K1041 are for.
