At 36.8 x 36.8 mm, the PACE 4028-5018 is one of the large BGA nozzles in the ST range. It is intended for large-area packages whose outer ball rows would otherwise reflow last.

• Quick-Fit nozzle: the ST nozzle adapter accepts it without tools, so a change takes seconds.
