Aventics Pneumatics
Aventics vacuum technology covers components for low-contact and low-force handling and transport of workpieces using negative pressure. The program is divided into ejectors for generating vacuum from compressed air, vacuum suction cups for direct contact with workpiece surfaces, accessories for fine-tuned flow control and filtration, and the NCT series non-contact transport system for sensitive and critical surfaces. All components are coordinated with one another and integrate into pneumatic control circuits.

Typical applications: Handling of PCBs, glass, plastic films, and polished metal parts with vacuum suction cups, non-contact transport of sensitive semiconductor wafers and display glass with the NCT system, vacuum generation for decentralized gripping points on robots and gantry systems via ejectors, and filtration and flow control in vacuum circuits with accessory components.
