Aventics Pneumatics

Aventics offers a complete pneumatic valve programme covering directional control, pressure regulation, and flow control tasks. The range spans directional valves and valve islands to ISO 15407-1 and ISO 5599-1, pressure-regulating valves, flow control and check valves, through to valve carrier systems (VTS) and modular valve systems (MVS). Coils, connecting cables, and electrical accessories are available as replacement and expansion components.

ISO 15407-1 and ISO 5599-1/5599-2 - standard-compliant valves with normalised port dimensions, cross-compatible with other ISO valves
3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 directional valves - electropneumatic, manual, and pneumatic actuation; 24 VDC and 230 VAC coil variants
VTS and MVS systems - modular valve carrier systems for space-efficient centralised distribution
Pressure regulation and flow control - pressure reducers, flow valves, check valves, shuttle valves for precise process management
📦 Replacement coils and accessories - coils for series 440, 542, 554 plus connecting cables and junction sockets

The primary selection parameters are the control function (3/2, 5/2, or 5/3 directional), actuation type (electrical, pneumatic, manual), and nominal flow size. ISO-standardised valves to ISO 5599-1 or ISO 15407-1 allow substitution between manufacturers without re-piping. For centralised valve islands, VTS and MVS systems are the appropriate choice, grouping multiple valves on a common manifold base and simplifying wiring and tubing. Pressure control and flow valves are used as in-line components at the actuator circuit level.

Typical applications: Control of pneumatic actuators in machinery and plant; valve islands for PLC-controlled production lines; pressure regulation and protection in supply stations; handling and transfer systems with multiple controlled axes; food-processing and pharmaceutical facilities where norm-compliant, serviceable valves are required.
