Aventics pressure regulating valves cover two product lines: the electropneumatic pressure regulators Series EV07 and the safety valves Series RV1. The EV07 regulators convert an analogue control signal directly into a regulated output pressure; the RV1 safety valves open at a defined overpressure to protect systems against pressure exceedance.
The RV1 series is available in port threads G 1/8, G 1/4, G 3/8 and G 1/2 across a broad pressure range from 0.4 to 16.0 bar. The EV07 regulators work with control ranges of 0-60 and 0-10 bar and are designed for analogue or digital control signals.

Typical applications: Proportional pressure build-up in clamping systems and test rigs (EV07), pressure limitation in service units and distribution systems (RV1), overload protection in blow-moulding machines and pressure vessel installations, and pressure relief in pneumatic drive systems in automation technology.
