Valve systems

Valves

Aventics valve systems group multiple individual valves on a common manifold base plate, substantially reducing the wiring and tubing effort in the machine. The range includes the VTS valve carrier system (part numbers 0821758010, 0821758021) and the modular MVS system (5750020510), along with components from series 1824462/1824484/1827000 and accessories such as connection cables and terminal boxes for electrical connection. VTS systems suit standard directional valves on a fixed base; the MVS system allows more flexible configurations through a plug-in modular principle.

VTS valve carrier system - common manifold base for multiple directional valves; centralised supply and exhaust ports
MVS modular valve system - plug-in module principle for demand-driven configuration and later expansion
Reduced plumbing - single supply and exhaust connections replace individual fitting per valve
Electrical connection via terminal boxes and cable sets - series 1824484 and 1827000 for standardised wiring
📦 Compact form factor - suitable for control cabinet integration or decentralised mounting near the actuator

Typical applications: Automation systems with multiple pneumatic axes where a centralised valve station improves clarity and serviceability; PLC-controlled assembly lines with defined switching signals via D-Sub or M12 connectors; new machine builds and modernisations where VTS or MVS rationalise hose and cable routing; decentralised valve stations close to the actuator to reduce dead volume and switching times.
