Pneumatic connection technology
Aventics push-in fittings cover the QR1-S and QR2 programme across four material lines: standard brass and plastic (QR1-S Standard, QR2-S Standard), stainless steel for corrosive environments (QR2-C) and heat-resistant materials for elevated temperatures (QR2-F). All series allow tool-free push-in assembly by pressing in the tube and releasing via a release ring.
The range extends from mini fittings in the QR1-S series up to nominal bore DA16 in the standard programme. Metric port threads (M5, G 1/8, G 1/4, G 3/8, G 1/2) and inch versions (NPT/NPTF) cover common pipe standard systems.

Typical applications: Tube connections at valves, cylinders and service units in general compressed air installations, food and pharmaceutical technology with QR2-C stainless steel, paint and drying technology at elevated temperatures with QR2-F, small-space automation and miniature grippers with QR1-S Mini, and inch systems in export-oriented machines and installations.
