Series QR1-S standard - inch
Push-in fittings
The Aventics Series QR1-S Standard in inch dimensions (305 variants) complements the metric standard programme for systems based on American or British pipe standards. Tube connections are in inch outside diameters D 1/8", D 5/32", D 3/8" and D 1/4"; port threads conform to NPT and NPTF standards in 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2".
The type code follows the same scheme as the metric version: QR1-S-RWD for male-thread straight fittings, QR1-S-RID for straight push-in fittings, QR1-S-RIW for elbow push-in fittings. The D prefix identifies inch dimensions (e.g. D012 = 1/2", N038 = NPT 3/8").

Typical applications: Machines and installations with American pneumatic components or NPT pipe thread standard, export projects for the North American market, retrofit of existing plant with inch tube cross-sections, vehicle construction and mobile hydraulics using Anglo-American standards, and mixed installations where metric and inch parts are used side by side.
