Fine SMD rework wants the nozzle close above the board without blocking the view. The QU6102A2-S2 set pairs the 105 mm nozzles with the dual extraction of the 6102A2, and each of the two benches gets its own 100 m³/h.

Application, scope of delivery and compatibility

For paired benches in rework, repair and test areas where extraction has to sit close and aim precisely. Recirculating operation removes the ducting, so the unit stands between the seats. Scope of delivery, 6102A2 filter station, remote control with cable, mains cable, two 75 mm ESD flex arms of 1.5 m each and two 105 mm nozzles. For automatic operation the station connects to Quick soldering stations of the TS and TR series.
